How does a takeover actually work?
NDA to closing in 60–90 days is realistic. We take over technology, permits and — where wanted — staff. The site stays in operation without interruption.
What about staff and service contracts?
We continue existing service contracts and transfer staff under § 613a — the team that knows the site stays at the site.
Which takeover forms do you offer?
Purchase, lease with full operator transfer, a pure operator agreement — or a hybrid. You choose the form that fits your balance sheet.
Do you also build new stations for fleets?
Yes — bio-CNG and bio-LNG stations for hauliers and industrial clients, bundled with a multi-year fixed-price contract. Drop-in available, usable immediately.
Where does your biomethane come from?
